The Challenge

The economic coordination and operation of four different district heating networks is a complex task. The customer structure varies greatly between the networks. The biggest problem: missing reliable and comprehensive consumption values from customers lead, in combination with technical interventions, to increased volatility in the load time series.

The Solution

alitiq has set up and operationalized an individual AI model for each of the four networks. Forecasts are calculated four times a day, with the latest weather information automatically flowing into the models.
